Echo Chien, is the President and CEO at Portsmouth Financial Services. Echo joined the firm in 2013 and brought with her extensive expertise in the securities industry, a high level of integrity, professionalism and dedication to the firm. Echo acquired East-West Securities in 2010 and later merged with Portsmouth Financial Services. In 1996, Echo established the Asian Division of the San Francisco brokerage firm, Thomas White & Co. This division became White Pacific Securities, Inc serving the financial needs of the Asian American community in the US. Echo is experienced in running and owning B/D’s that conduct Global Business.
